Marcos is a common name, so keep it out of the default dictionary and flag it only with --builtin names, same as damon and manuel. Fixes codespell-project#3920

"marcos" is a misspelling of "macros", but it is also a common name. Add it to
dictionary_names.txt(same place asdamonandmanuel) so it is only flagged with--builtin names.Fixes #3920
